I guess this will mean if they put you in jail for J walking they can now grill you without a lawyer on the crimes they really want to find out about.

Anyone but me feel our rights ate being eroded a little bit at a time until they are all gone?

This is no different than talking about a murder you committed in a bar. People can report you, or a cop could overhear.

Everyone, at all times is "Mirandized", is just when you're arrested, they restate your rights. You don't receive those rights when you're arrested, you already had them. It's the individuals choice to exercise those rights.

This pedophile decided to open his mouth around people who could take immediate action on his admission. He had the right to remain silent about it when he woke up that morning, regardless of whether he was in jail or not.
    Good hunting,

Check it, bleed. Bro... was on! Didn't trip. But the folks was freakin', man. Hey, and the pilots were laid to the bone, Home. So Blood hammered out and jammed jet ship. Tightened that bad sucker inside the runaway like a mother. Sheet. - Airplane II

It's going in front of the supreme court so I believe it's a little different.

    Exactly.

Rights have been eroded away for quite a while, but the worst of it started around this time 11 years ago...

What part of "anything you say can be used against you in a court of law" is the really hard part?

Not mine. I don't plan on being in jail, and with the exception of some cases (drunk driving for example), most of those in jail already have infringed upon someone else's rights. No pity from me.

No one ever plans on being in jail.

I don't think so.. I think we haven't seen the worst of it yet.. not even the start of it. I do believe it is coming.. and I also believe that it is worldwide. It is funny how all over the world.. the middle class is being squeezed.. people are being divided.. on lines that are basically BS.. Here is America the right wants to pass itself off as the party of GOD who speaks to the true values of America, while the other guys are the party of the heathens.. The left wants to pass itself off as the party of the people while the other guys are the party of the fanatics... all the while both parties continue to pass legislation that grants more and more power to corporate entities run by globalists, concentrates more and more wealth into the hands of those same globalists... the connections between Nazi Germany and U.S. business ... including several former presidents and enough of their administrations over the years since 1945 to cast a pretty grim picture is just mind boggling. We are in trouble not just here in the U.S. but all over.. that New World Order will be showing it's face within a generation at the latest.. and probably a lot sooner.

    Consider this.

Take it on face value it is old.. and part of some of the same scary monster BS that was going out under President Bush that is now going out under President Obama. I also do not buy the 911 was an inside job bit.... Ignore the partisan nature of it.. and just consider what it is saying about how the people were manipulated and remember the Reichstag fire was just one of many things along the way.. and as I said.. I dont believe that 911 was our Reichstag fire.. I just don't buy it.. but there are enough mind games going on without 911.. Personally I think that President Bush was just one in a long line of republican and democrat leaders who were all cogs in the same machinery.. that's why the sound of the engine may change.. but it never shuts off it stops for gas and to switch drivers the engine never stops.. and it will never... ever turn around.. we are still going in the same direction as a nation we have been going in since Wilson was president.. at least.. Just at different speeds.

Since when was war good for anyone involved? Aside from big business who supplies the weapons, of course.

So far as the article is concerned, the idiot should have kept his mouth shut. But then, he should have kept it in his pants too.
