when will we get information about the multiplayer aspect of the game? or is it just single player?

Im sure most of the FC1 era players would like to think FC2 will have a MP side to it.

If Far cry was only single player based.... The Game would be a serious let down, Only reasons i liked far cry was for its Great Online Multi Player Game Play.... Since Map Maker changed the weay the game was played, Since you would hardly ever play the same map twice.

So Most likly the game will have a Multi Player Option

Far Cry Evo&Pred was only good because of Multi Player... If Far Cry 2 has no Multi Player then its just a fail...

Being approximately nine months from release that kind of worries me .

I've got a simple solution:
1) Open Far Cry 1
2) Copy/paste Assault
3) Copy/paste maps (change theming a bit to African)
4) Copy paste XT features.
5) Solve major FC 1 annoyances .....

Done!

Was referring more to the additional functionality like auto map download, user panel, admin panel etc.

As far as netcode goes it isnt too good yes
