i had dock, manually btw , and was going from ship to ship with the free camera and i stopped at this one freighter tied up when i hear that coming from said freighter. never would've expected that. a little homage the Silent Hunter III?

I had a great Easter Egg.

I hit the A button, and the game displayed an image that looked exactly like my desktop!

Amazing what these sneaky developers come up with!

lane, i might do that and post a pic of the freighter, once i can think of a suitable nic other than the one i have here. i'd've thought someone else would've found that one. Stefan

Where were you docking? I ask, because I had something similar, except it was when I had snuck into an enemy port, and the Deutschland Uber Alles was coming from an enemy tanker. However, the enemy port in question was Surabaya - which used to be an Allied port, until the Japanese invaded Java.

(PS - just as an aside, I saw several people complaining about Java being called Jawa in the game and seeming to think it's a typo. In Indonese, Sudanese and Javanese, 'Jawa' is entirely correct. Of course, this is an American sub you're in, so it should really still be labelled 'Java', but meh.)

yup, that's the port. got there before the invasion. couldn't get a screenie. for some reason it didn't save like i thought it did. restarted from another save
