I am already well into the game and have decided maybe I need the updates (some places the movement is very jerky and yes, I have fallen through "holes"). Do I have to uninstall and re-install in order to access the update tab? I've looked through all the support, community, etc., sections and haven't seen how to access the updates. How odd. Where did the "updates" tab go? Is it gone because I downloaded the updates?

Guiun, you in prologue? It's gone because you're getting them there.
jaybee4, play uru -> update tab - > check for updates.
Can you please post your hardware so I can get a better idea of peoples systems that are getting holes. Including what software is running while you play. This includes any chat software, realplayer, quicktime/etc.

Just a ps -- I did get the updates downloaded. No problems so far. Thanks for leading me through it -- I'm probably a little denser than some gamers on here!
