I unlocked the cape, but cannot seem to get the achievement for visiting every city while wearing it. I've fast traveled to every single possible location, and made sur eI fast traveled to every part of each city an dstill ahven't gotten it. Am I doing something wrong, and does anybody have any good methods to getting it? Any help will be appreciated.
Did you go to the towns as well? Like San G, Forli and them? You have to wear in the towns as well to get achievment, not just the cities.

yes I did wear it in those placesas well. What I'm going to do now is go to each city and run to the towns individually since the game has to make it harder than it should be to get an achievement I clearly should have.
It's not that hard to do anyway, but I wanted to have it all done before I actually beat the story.
Don't forget to go to the mountains, and other places you CAN'T fast travel to.

Yeah, you gotta wear it in the mountains too. That's how I got it.
