Agreed, but it will have to be during next years drought season as Gears MP stays strong for a really long time and I still have to find time for AA and Creed...and Binary Domain (thats this year's gamble title...that comes out next year ).

Omenretro is my dealy too. Whar do you think about all the purchasable camo's right out of the gate? Seems like they have advanced online gaming just a touch with some of the upgrades. I generally like it all but ain't paying for digital woodland when Omen owns anyway.
Lancer chainsaw trumps a bayonet charge but doesn't thrill me as much. You know, the only thing they missed that I have found yet, is not letting me keep shooting my retro when I have a dude/dudetter impaled above me! I so want to empty my clip into them at the same time

Beast is fun, have you tried the Beserker? The vision effects are great at translating it's mental chaos. If Shobhit likes HULK SMASH then this is his guy huh?

I'm avoiding PVP right now as I am sneakily working hard at unlocking Prescott, almost there, just another 300 various matches to go, out of 1200 total. My Xbox has been running hard for five days now.

I dont know how you play it Jazz, I think I remember you saying you aren't online? So you may jot be able to but, in VS, if you set up a team deathmatch or king of the hill or whatever floats your boat, then set the bots to casual, you can really trash through a match like a mega hero. Not trying to be lame but I really enjoy being a badarz, whomping through ten bots like a champ is much more fun than a pinned behind cover eternal bullet trade. I use eight bots and then join the team with less to make it my four against there five. Even on casual every now and again the AI gets miffed and throws an all out at you, its great fun.

Yeah GOW3 is really delving into player customizations and stats like never before (or at least, not that I've seen ) I mean, being able to customize your armor would be cool, but all these weapon skins are pretty and still allow you to individualize yourself to an extent.
So yeah, I'm all for that.
I'd love to be able to paint my guns in Splinter Cell. Like anodized digi-blue on the SOCOM and red flames on the shotgun.

I too would be inclined to keep shooting someone whom I just impaled... actually, that reminds me, if you execute with the snub pistol you'll sorta climb on the downed enemy and start punching them in the face. If you continue to press 'Y' your character will continue to punch (I think it's like 8/9 is the limit before their head pops) and you get 9 pts for every strike. I thought that was pretty satisfying.

Beast is beast (no pun intended) definitely not as dominant as Horde in my playtime, but it's quite refreshing now'n then.
Berserker's are beast too!

I'm working towards *cough level 45 *cough cough

And yeah, my net still sucks ballz, so for the now it's all 'bout Horde 2.0 and splitscreen.

Yeah the punching execution is fun. There's a rip the arm off and beat them with it one thats similar, kind of leaves you exposed though.

The first DLC has 3 maps, upgrades to Horde Command stations, silverback in there and 3 new characters.

Level 45??? *coughCHOKEcough*. Ha ha, I'm at 37, my box has been running for 3 days straight...*cough*. Bout 200 matches from unlocking Prescott, who's probably going to suck!

Just saw another trailer for I am alive, more interested about this one, going to have to preorder.
Also a movie trailer called The Raid, fight action looks good.

AND..I saw a movie last night called Hanna. Bout a rogue agent who raises his daughter to be a player. Lot of similarities to SC in some ways. Erik Banna is the Sam, then there's a New Grim/Meryl doppelganger in there too. it was quite good action fare that focuses on the daughter but the kid is credible. Whats really funny is that she spends a lot of the movie running, and you're like, yeah running, cool I can do that though. Then later on you get to compare as Erik Banner (fairly fit dude IMO) does some running and holy shiz its only then that I realized how talented the girl really is.
Anyway, decent for a midweek movie and it kind of left me thinking Banner would be a good Sam, with Ironside providing voice over of course.

Also, I kinda figure the Deus Ex topic is here so we can still talk about a game now that we've basically covered everything on Conviction.

Maybe the TS can change the title to Deus Ex + other new games. Since there's about to be loads to talk about with Batman dropping soon etc. That way we won't have to start a new thread for every game.

I broadcasted Darrow's message,as personally I'd prefer the world to know the truth and decide on it's own course of action, Who is Jensen to decide the future of entire humanity? I thought that Jensen would like the world to have a choice that he was deprived, the choice between augmentation and preserving his humanity.
My second choice would've been Sarif's broadcast....I wouldn't just abandon all technological and scientific advancement and don't think it would bode well if it were under a single entity such as the Government or the UN. The need to evolve and better ourselves is an inherently human thing, and I would not have liked to come in the way of it.

Just look at serious events that have taken place in the real world over the last several decades... currently there is so much evidence to support contradicting stances on the matters that it is unclear what the truth really is. So yes, I chose to erase everything and leave the truth and lies unspoken, to let humankind figure it out on their own. Leave the choice of what to believe and what to think in the hands of the individual.</span>
