Thread: H5 : cannot connect to ubi.com | Forums

    I just got out my old Heroes V, installed it, all the patches, made an account, put the online key in, everything.

    When I try to play, I hit Multiplayer, then Ubi.com, then I put in my account info, then it goes BACK to the multiplayer menu. What's the problem?

    I also have this problem.....Has anyone found a fix for this yet?
