Would like to know if it's planned to have a collector edition in Canada, or at least in the USA ?

Well I understand UBI confirmed there will be no Collectors Edition or box sets for Australia. it looks like downlaod only or import from overseas.
I think Amazon advertise a Collectors Edition for the US buts its "ship within US only".

It's sort of looking like those of us in the Western Hemisphere, and Australia/New Zealand are out of luck for hard copies of the sim, much less the collector's edition.
Personally speaking, the P-40 could contend on an equal footing with all the types of Messerschmitts, almost to the end of 1943.

I would be interested to see sales figures for pc boxed games versus downloaded. My personal impression is that aside from FPS games the majority of the PC market was still box oriented (unlike console gamers).
However my friends may just be unusual and the real world actually mainly buys online ... I have no idea as I do not work in PC marketing and sales.

GoGamer still does not show it, and I contacted them some time ago and they said they would have it up shortly for pre-order as well.
