I dont get achievements. I am in 3act and i have only achievement on the first act. Another bug is bad too, i am in second duel and can't get through this part at all. I aim that guy but i can't fire. Help?

Which chapter are you on? there are "Acts" and "Chapters" in the game. If you are encountering some weird issue that is causing the game not to unlock achievements, you may need to restart from an earlier chapter and possibly the game. However make sure you are not mistaking the chapters for acts. Here is a list of what chapters are on what acts.

Act 1: Chapter 1-3
Act 2: Chapter 4-6
Act 3: Chapter 7-9
Act 4: Chapter 10-13
Act 5: Chapter 14-15

Can't draw or shoot in the 1st shoot out of the game the only thing I can do is move my hand move side to side! jdev_home@yahoo.com

Is this the PC,X360, or PS3 version Jdevlin? if playing on the PC and your mouse becomes unresponsive during a duel, try to Alt+Tab out and back into the game. I haven't seen this issue on the console version, so if you are playing on PS3 or Xbox360 make sure you flick "RS" toward the gun to pull it out once the bell rings. If you do it to early you wont be able to pull the weapon out properly.
