You should post your computer's stats here. Processor type (if Intel, the GHz too), video card, and RAM...

Well, if you have 128 MB of RAM, then that could be the problem. Especially if it's 33 MHz, since that's pretty damn slow compared to, say, a 133 MHz. Your processor could also attribute to the problem, since I assume you said that it's an AMD Athlon 64 2800+?

But eh. It probably has to do with your lack of RAM...

EDIT: i was typing wrong with the 33 MHz , its 333MHz

sorry i have been edit 3 times now , i took wrong stuff to put in ,

Well, how much is the RAM? 512 MB can take quite some time on its own, as I've heard. My 1gb RAM and 3200+ AMD only takes 1-2 minutes to load the first time, and 10 seconds for the next round loads.

This could either be a problem with your RAM (the long loading time and problem with music, as well as black-screen due to lack of resources), and/or from the video card. What is the brand of your video card? It matters a lot, if you know. Like. GeForce, Radeon.

Also, if you know, what is the port type? PSI, AGP, or PSI-E?

Well, I posted before you edited again. Either way... Not exactly the greatest video card. Either running it as a x4 or x8 AGP, most likely x8. Probably worse than my 7300 LE...

So, it could be your video card and/or lack of memory. You may have too many programs hogging up the RAM to play it. Try playing in 800x600, lowest settings, and windowed mode. Other than that, eh..

Try closing down all other programs and processes you do not need before loading it up (CTRL-ALT-DEL, process manager).
Don't really have any ideas that don't cost money =)
