it's actually called an ND133, but anyways: there's an elevator that will take you up (not the one you came down in). If you stand looking into the glass room where the ND133 is, the elevator is right behind that wall. Take the corridors around.

There was a single guard guarding it. Probably one of the fellows you've killed.
