In the submarine school, how do we finsh the final test part. All I get is training but how do I get to take the exam part. Please help.

What you see is what you get I'm afraid. The sub school hasn't been correctly implemented as it is in SH3 so there's no exam to take and no renown bonus which would be irrelevant anyway as the player can choose how much renown to have at the start of a career for some strange reason. It's another example of the game having been released too early, perhaps it'll be patched later but it doesn't have a negative impact on enjoying the game as a whole for me.
