    I am flyinbg a Hurricane in campaign mode. I cant read my instruments because the colors are wild dayglow. I am sure this is a setting of some kind Does anybody know where I should start? Its freak'n me out! It reminds me of my college days!

    try lowering your resolution

    Just disable the Anti-Epilepsy Filter. It's a known bug.
