Hi i just graduated high school and have been looking forward to getting into game design but wanted to get into QA or game testing first. Is their anything you can help me with to get hired to QA? i'm also a huge fan of all of ubisoft uplay games and would love to work for you guys.

Read the position requirements for the jobs you'd like to do, go back to school and get the qualifications they're asking for. This will help get you ready.

Also, for games that allow user modifications, get involved in the mod building communities. Games like Microsoft Flight Sim X, Counter Strike Source and other more recent similar examples have excellent modding communities that will encourage newcomers with hints and tips.

The exact requirements will vary a little depending on which development team and what sort of game, but the job descriptions for in-house testers will include quite a lot of detail about what duties are involved.
