Another historical skin from Dom, currently trying to figure out how to sort that spill onto the ariel but have consumed far too much Stella to think straight.

Oh, I am so impressed again what you did! great winter camo in heavy weathered with green camouflage under it. Look like I may ask a favor again. how about unmarked skin of that one if you didn't it? Thank you.
Cheers

Sharp!

Hey, any chance you can tweak that to fit the often neglected La-5 and -5F?

Just cheerin' you on, guy!

Here we go chaps, I got the La-7 version done (marked, unmarked as well as the 3xB20 variant - all in the zip at il2skins.com).
I should have the La-5 up tomorrow - there are a few inconsistencies in the two templates, prop colour, panels etc, which I'm too knackered to iron out at the moment.

Fraid you can't sort out the overspill as the aerial maps off the side of the skin, so unles you spread out the side markings and text you will have to live with it

I had the same problem with a Catalina skin. I found a stunning US SAR scheme with big numbers painted on the bottom of the hull/fuselage...and when i flew the plane, bits of the numbers sprung up everywhere!!! Had to scrap the skin!
Nice La by the way Dom

I think you've really captured just the right amount of green camo peeking through. Sharp!

Now I think about it I reckon the oh-so-subtle patches on the wings and left hand side of the fuselage could have done with their outlines being made more protruberant (is that a real word?)!
