I seriously hope that game masters will not butt in in how the game will be played. These games have a tendency of becoming a world of it's own, with communities, closely knit irc channels and forums, and rules of it's own. The political aspect of these games is the most fun.
I've seen in other games that when things happen like creative playing (one player protects another player by him paying a certain amount of money, or other of those things which may sound dubious to other people (new people paying back the cost of armies to the aggressor when he killed his armies because he suddenly got a huge army there (cross defenced), and the new player is scared so he does.
These things are fun and happen in the real world. My point is, i think the game should be played as people want to play it, with as little moderator intervention as possible (except ofcourse for racial, sexual harassment, etc) but no political involvement.
The other thing is; i hope they don't introduce a pay-to-play thing where a player who pays more money will get advantages by have faster turns or more options that will over-benefit the player.
Also, as a third thing, please make the battle system good.
