i have used 2 different guitars and get persistant audio feedback...wassup

Do you have the Kinect for Xbox or the Eye thing for the PS3? Not sure which system you're running but if have one of those just unplug it. The built in mics they have cause feedback.

This is usually the cause of it. You may need to check the system settings and try lowering the mic volume too. Just make sure you don't have anything else plugged in other than the controller and the guitar.
