I live in Russia.In my city i can buy Russian version of ACB.
But i decided to buy it in Steam.
But i dont see Russian langugage in Steam!why????

first of all: welcome to the forums.
i dont have a clue why it wouldnt support russian language, but i actually prefer english (instead of dutch) which sounds kind of lame.
Maybe you can just keep it in english and see which parts you understand? Or if your english is really bad, you might be able to put it on some other language you understand better. Also, if it downloads an update (the client, not steam) you can actaully select a language, maybe that changes the game language aswell

I am bad in all langugages except Russian.
I will hope that one day i will can select Russian langugage((
