Does shaking my fist angrily at the TV (and at my opponents by proxy) count as exercise? =P

Kickin' it Old Skool whenever I can.

At least you are not losing any gaming time while losing weight. I usea stationary bike when I play games. I recently bought DDR, that is a dam workout.

I have a really bad right knee, so DDR is out of the question for me. Cardio workout is too much stress on the knee.

I'll look into doing something like that. Right now I'm just doing this. Err.. well almost half what that says to do.. But I only do the things I can do here at my home.

    100 Pull-ups
    100 Push-ups
    100 Sit-ups
    100 Squats

My commitment to do this Crossfit for about aminimum of two days a week (not because I'm lazy, but so I don't over do it). But, by this summer I should be in good enough shape and look good enough to run around in nothing but a red cape and undies.
    With Love,

I play DDR Universe every morning for about 15 minutes. In that short time, I usually burn like 100-150 calories (since I'm playing it at a fairly difficult level).

Good way to keep up the stamina.

I've lost 30-something pounds over the last year. I've also started going to the gym more recently, my goal is to get back down to where I was back in my Army days (or at least close to it)

BTW, is Aeliop cracking the whip on you Frag Dolls? Seems like you have new blogs coming out every other day now.

Brook, when was the last time you were over weight?
In all of the pictures I've seen of you, you've always had a great body.

This might sway some readers minds, because they might think you were always fit, and that working out doesn't always work for everyone.
