Hi, the game is great, but how do we view the energy in kJoules instead of Calories?

Also, in general and for the game, when we view calories, is this the calories of work done or the equivalent amount of calories consumed? I think calories consumed are around four times the calories of work done as I read we are about 25% efficient at converting consumed calories into mechanical energy :-/
