Help with skirmish | Forums

First off, I'll just say hello to everyone.

I just started working with the SDK. I've watched almost all the 3dbuzz videos, but I am having a problem getting my maps to show up in the in game menus. My friend and I like to play defense on one of the skirmish maps, but after a few waves we're hurting. I opened up the skirmish map we play in the SDK and added a few guns to make things a little easier. I did a full rebuild and saved it (a different name)in the maps folder along with the originals.I noticed that each of the map files had a .pls file with the same name, but my map save only made one file.
How do I go about making this map as an option in the skirmish selections. I'm totally missing something here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The best place to get help on BiA mods, maps, skyboxs, outfitting your German and American Soliders with weapons and uniforms, changing lighting and graphics, writing scripts, making matinees etc.

Also once you're there check out zzDeathmatch and professionally done MP mode with all the functions and more you and your friends are looking for. The designer/programmer is always on the Gearbox discussin site (Botman). You'll see how he did exactly what you are talking about. And Gearbox just created a Wiki for anyone wanting to do their own re-creations
