will install but wont run error | Forums

plz help i have just got vista home and its not running i go t this pc for this game i dont know what to do
when run the game, it loads and then just got windows ancouted a problem looking for problem then just says we will get back but it doesnt just goes off. i dont know what it is but if u what more info i have intell duo 2 1.6ghz 1024ram over 100gb have display adapter mibile intel (r) 945GM express chipset family if u need anything else just ask

look ive only just bought the game and it looks rly rly cuul but i installed it+direct 9.0x but when i load up the starting screen i click on campaign and then the campaign game etc it goes onto the loading screen but when it loads the game crashes and an error report comes up saying:heroes of might and magic V has encountered an error...
i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game many a time but it still doesn't work!!!
can somebody please please help!!!
