you can go inside some building...
If three whole cities, Assassin headquarters and parts of the paths inbetween isn't enough freedom for you, than you seriously have big demands
You will be able to go inside buildings for missions, not to mention Assassin HQ (which I'm guessing is inside). And just because he didn't go into any local shops in the demo doesn't mean you can't go in them at all.
About the one blow and your dead thing, it's made to be realistic, and Altiar blocks the blockable attacks automatically.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Duuude, you have very high demands, just wait for the game to be released, enjoy the hell out of it, then complain that you didn't like it

I think the "one blow and you're dead" thing is one of the best things about the game. It's made to be as realistic as possible, isn't it? And dying after a well placed strike from a sword is pretty realistic if you ask me.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I seriously avoid games with health bars nowadays.
I agree. You arn't an invincible killing machine. You need to be smart about what you do, and how you execute your missions.Originally posted by Tobbe777:

It would be nice to go in buildings, but if you can go into a couple, that'll be fine. It's almost unrealistic to think we'd be able to enter any building in the game, so a few is pretty good.
We can already climb buildings at will, and the missions are pretty non-linear, so I'm not too upset, but yeah, building would make it better.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I can't really take what you are writing seriously (directed at the founder of the post). You are speaking as if you could design a game better, which I find quite ridiculous because you haven't even played the game you are demeaning.
Perhaps it is the result of my disgust for people who can???t help but seem illiterate when typing, but I had to read your post several times to get past your rampant errors.
For one, if the trailer has nullified your excitement for the game then I have no choice but to argue that you were foolish in getting excited in the first place. The trailer is faithful to all previous representations of the game and, in my opinion, was successful in demonstrating the aspects of the game that are most appealing.
Coincidentally, those features seem to be what you don???t like. I???ll let you make your point about not being able to enter buildings based on the demo; however, that does not confirm you will not be able to do so in the game. The videos I have seen are very short and rushed to show just the main elements of the game. The one-hit kill aspect is definitely a positive, as most strikes with a sword would realistically end you when you are dressed in cloth clothing to fit in with the common crowd and be light on foot.
In summary, I think this game is going to be awesome and have far deeper elements than shown visually in the trailers. My advice for you is this: if you prefer a game based on assassination where the main character can shop for new threads and enjoy some afternoon tea in the middle of a mission, you should probably save your money. Personally, if I was assassinating someone and the opportunity arose outside, I would opt not to enter buildings either as it is restricting in your escape. Not to mention it is far cooler to just climb around on them.
Is the game all hype? Well it is definitely hyped up, but I think Ubisoft is going to deliver in full on that.
My thoughts on sequels are next to none, but it does not necessarily have to be the same character. It is possible to do a sequel using another member of the clan at another point in time.
