Odd. I was on a local server, and disconnected. Norton Antivirus' CCAPP.exe sometimes gets in the way and reduces fps for me. A reboot is the only thing that seems to fix it. This time however, when I restarted my PC and tried to connect to HL again, I get a message saying I can't access the net and check firewall settings:

"Error Socket: 10060 The attempt to connect timed out

Connecting the HyperLobby server failed. Please check your firewall configuration. HyperLobby program (hlpro.exe) must have enabled access to the Internet !"

Has anyone else had a connection problem like this before? I've un/reinstalled HL and reset the firewall exceptions. Tried disabling the firewall altogether too. No joy.
System restore didn't solve the issue either.
Strangely I'm unable to access the HL website too. Normally HL runs perfectly for me.

I pasted the error message into google and there is a message thread about it on Jiri's website. Perhaps it contains something that might help me . Unfortunately the page cannot be accessed on this computer...

Ah! Got it now. Had to disconnect the router/modem and plug it all back in. Working now
