Cmon, you're really asking this? You should know that this game is completely bugged and unfinished. I wouldn't be surprised if tanks suddenly started flying.

russia stuff is ment to have the most hp and atack cus it is the slowest
I think the sacrifice for the Russian UAV is that you can't even get a recon version, making the CV nearly useless until it's Hardened, whereas others get a recon UAV at regular.

The JSF CV can use a UAV no matter what rank it is. That's a HUGE plus over the Russians which can only use one at Hardened.
