But in no way it is his name.

That man is definitely not Sam Fisher. Sam would be pretty old then. Its also pretty unlikely he is Sams son, because I dunno how old that guy is, but imho Sam has no son and if he would father one between SCDA and SCC, he would still be pretty young...
Also Sam Fishers name is "Samuel Leo Fisher". So no "J" there.
