The link isn't completely broken. Open the http://help.support.ubi.com/uninstall.reg page and go to file and Save Page As to your desktop. It should say it's saving it as a text document, but it will work the way it is supposed to.

After doing everything they said to do, I get in and it says 0 Players Online
0 Players in-game
so I guess there is no point to even fixing it anyway.
