i have been able to play ubisoft game flawlessly up until now, i can't connect osp server thus can't load the saves and start the game

i just want to know if it's a problem on ubi server (it can happen, heh, no worry) so i would not go into my router setting (quite franqly i doubt it's the problem since i haven't change a thing)
