CD Activation Key time out | Forums

Hello I just purchased the Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition and completed the online registration. Going to Online Play from the program for the first time I enter in the CD Activation Key when prompted from the back of my manual but a message box keeps popping up after a minute or so saying that my time has expired and to try again, then it logs me off. I've tried several times on two different days and the same problem. Any suggestions or explanations for this? Thanks!

It sounds like the error message you're receiving is related to some server problems over the past week.

Your best bet to is contact Ubisoft Technical Support; but I will also talk to someone to get them to check on this.
