To participate in the first week's raffle, hurry up and simply make a post @ www.ghostrecon.net in THIS thread including your Steam username.
The winner of the week is determined by random draw and announced every Sunday at 2100 Hrs GMT. The gift certificates are sent via email, so make sure to provide a valid one. Also note that the lottery starts anew every Sunday, so you'll need to post again for each new week if you want to participate again.
