I go to the Games page, see that someone "sent you a Project Legacy request," accept it, get redirected to the app... but the request is still sitting there in Facebook. It was doing this before, so I'm guessing the devs have some idea what causes this :-). Hopefully the DDS 2.0 will solve this problem.
