UBis last 3 or 4 major title releases have had demos, BBUT the demo was not released until 1 to 2 weeks after the retail version.

they will proberly do the same with GR3 then, i wouldnt expect many sales til the demo is out.

I like the way EA marketed BF2.. The devs communicated very well with the community, and kept them up to date with screenshots, features and the overall game development
Than they released the demo 2/3 weeks before the game launch! Ppl tryed out the demo, saw the game pretty much rocked and were all anxious to buy the retail game. There is nothing better than a demo to promote a game; if the demo is good it will go from mouth to mouth and sell itself. This is imho top notch marketing/ selling of a game, with full respect to the community.
