I picked up my pre-ordered ACR for the 360 today at Gamestop extremely excited to play multiplayer. When I typed in my Uplay Passport code that came in the box it said it wasn't valid. I double and triple checked and it was right. Also, the only response I have got from the support people is that my code is valid and should work, and yet it doesn't. Any help?

Hello, which screen are you entering your code into? Be sure you select multiplayer and select "Activate My Passport". When entering the key, also use all caps and include the dashes. If you have already sent in a support ticket, please also attach a scan of the receipt and let me know the reference number so I can take a look.

Yes I have entered it there and on the Xbox it automatically enters the dashes for you after each 5 sets of numbers/letters. Also yes I have sent in a support ticket with my receipt, passport code, and the barcode and the person told me my code was valid. I have tried it a couple times since I received the message saying it was valid and it still hasn't worked. Is there a way you can give me a new code because I assume that is the only way to fix this bug or whatever it is.

Sadly to say, I am also having this problem. I was suprised to see my pre-ordered collector edition's Uplay Passport didn't work. If there is,in anyway, I could receive a free Uplay Passport for Assassins Creed revelations, I would be extremely grateful.

Yes I hope they fix this problem somehow because this will upset a lot of people on top of a lot of other people having ACR Passport Codes problems. I just wish they would send me a new code or fix the problem all together. I really don't want to spend an extra $10 I think to play multiplayer...

If your code is still coming up as invalid, you have to contact support directly.
Make sure you send proof of purchase, such as a scan/ photo of the recept - clearly showing the game and a scan / photo of the faulty Uplay passport code.
You can contact them via the links below.

I have a better idea. How about you guys quit making it difficult for your customers to access content they have paid for.
I have the game for XBOX360, I bought it brand new. I entered my UPLAY code for multiplayer and played fine. Now, today, I get a message saying to activate my Uplay passport. I have already done that, I reentered the code and it says it's already been used. Why can I not access features any longer for a game I payed for?

Hi guys,
I had this exact problem, and I put it down to not being able to tell the difference between G's and 6's. The thing I (or rather my dad) noticed was that the G's sometimes looked different i.e. had different widths. So, if your having this problem, make sure you check for G's and 6's, and try swapping them, so that the characters you thought were G's are now 6's, and vice versa. If this doesn't work, try typing both characters the same, so both are G's or both are 6's. Hopefully this helps

People I have found the solution!
It seems passport codes are region locked, so if you bought the game from US but live in Europe, you will need to make a US psn account to redeem code. Once you have redeemed and installed the 100 kb multiplayer unlock, you can access mp through any account on your ps3
