So I'm opening this up to you guys to let you determine, or at least shape, a few of the things we can share with you. Below, please post about things you'd like to learn more about about the Conviction team, whether it be a tour of the studio floor, information on the team leads or just what the plants in the office look like.

To give you some idea of the similar things we've done so far, check out the below:
Conviction Goes To E3 Part 1

Conviction Goes To E3 Part 2

Conviction Goes To E3 Part 3

So, tell me what you want to see/know about and I'll see what I can. Please bear in mind that I'm talking about things which are outside of the normal marketing communications - so don't say you want to learn more about multiplayer or game modes as we'll cover them later on.

How does it feel to work on a game that has become a nationally known game and appreciated by hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people? And to know that your supporters are very demanding about this being an amazing game that will redefine the series and let the series continue to be one of the top games out there?

Also, why was it that you shut down the "hobo" Sam all those years ago? For the record, I much prefer the way the game looks now. But what made you stop working on the game as you were and rebuild it from the ground up?

First off, like everyone has already said, including myself (but I must say it again). Great job on the game. Now I have multiple questions. How much work goes into making the ad campaigns and all the posters and commercials for Splinter Cell. I'm studying Computer Graphics in college and since i can already do posters and magazines and the sort I wondered how much time you spend doing that. (I'm majoring in mainly animation for 3d modeling aka video game design). Also how should I go about making a portfolio for a company like Ubisoft, say i wanted to be part of a future team? What kind of things should I study? my councelors and all at school don't know the field obviously like you do.

How much of the team from Double Agent (Xbox, PS2, GC, Wii) are working on Conviction? How much input does Mathieu Ferland have on Conviction?
The more things change, the more they stay the same.

    Gameplay gameplay gameplay gameplay.

I have no idea why industries do tours of their offices, I don't give a ****e about where they work, I'm not looking for a job, I'm looking for a game.

Having actually read the entire post, as opposed to the title, I guess the graphic departments or animation studios would be okay.

Were people on the Conviction team relieved to be working only on the Xbox 360 and PC (less work, less stress, more time)? Or were some people a bit dissapointed that Conviction would only be coming out as an Microsoft exclusive? Was it a big decision to make it an Microsoft exclusive?

Just to reiterate: don't suggest things you want to see in the game but things around the game. So behind-the-scenes stuff you want to know more about.

well as far as that goes, same thing as my first question. How do you guys go about making the advertisements, trailers, posters, and those cool cardboard cutout things for the game? I mean how much thought and input from the dev. team and the lead artists go into how the advertisements appear? Sorry about any confusion.
