In SC5 aka ConViction you find her alive. By the end you go seperate ways.
Sara & Victor both leave for Victor's office.
Once you beat the game it shows Victor being interagated by 3E & then chaos insues with what looks to be like Sam breaking Victor out.
Where is Sara at this time?
Sara & Victor were both together so it seems like SC6 will involve finding Sara again.
What are your thoughts on this?

I am sure it will involve Sarah. And during the interrogation scene, it's probably many days after the white house incident.
The more I play SCC, the more I think SCC and SCB are more optimized for panther and assault. Playing ghost is not really a fun factor unlike the old SC games. For that matter, I think SCB should at least be played panther or assault (not over use). We all hope SCB is more classic since it is still in production but you can't change the fact that the series is taking this way. Therefore, you play it the way it's meant to be played. Though, I am not ruling out ghosting in SCB, it's possible and can be fun but the game is more optimized for panther/assault.
Therefore:
SC1-4: Ghost player SCC and SCB: Panther/(Occasional)Assault
Overall: GHOST PLAYER
when you finish SCC watch the trailer, near the end you will find Vic talking about old memories with Sam with Sarah, that indicates the 3 were together after SCC, then probably after that Black Arrow kidnapped Vic

Didn't Vic state that Sam was doing some catching up with Sarah after the events of Conviction? I really hope the devs don't find a way to integrate her into the main plot, unless it's a side mission, or a flashback.
I love Sarah and she brings lots to the story. I want to see Sarah again in SC6. I want to see more family connections. In previous SC's Sam almost never sees her. I want to finally see Sam be with Sarah. I love emotional, intimate, family, more human, stories.

Let's lay down some key points here:
1) Meggiddo knows who Sam is
2) Black Arrow is in Meggido's pocket and know from Victor Coste that Sarah is actually alive
3) Meggiddo is ****ed at Sam for basically ruining their investment
So what are they going to try to do? Get at Sam through his daughter. This is just my speculation though, could be anything...
