With a little fidling around I found how to tell the store areas to store an item (click on a store, click on an un-stored item then click the 'store all' button seems to do it), but I can't figure out how to tell it to stop storing the item. Anyone know?

Beside the store all button you should find one to Dont Store,highlight the item you dont want stored then click the dont store button.

hmm, I'm pretty sure that's not there

In game you will see 3 icons on the left,click the centre top one (goods)then go to the bottom set of icons and press priority of goods,this now brings up all the items in the game,some will have a red square beside them,others a green square.The red square means they arent being stored,green means they are,to change what you dont want storing highlight the item,then at the bottom is a hand 2nd on left this says Dont Store,click that and the item you selected will now have a red square in the corner.
