You are the only one. There's not even an AI for uboats implemented.
It'd be a challenge to sink a enemy sub , 3rd dimesion implemented ( up down )
I'dd love it.

3rd Dimension or not, their just as magnetic as other ships. Actually I'd prolly end up in a U-571 Scenario.
When it comes to ww2 not much sub on sub action. Most of the torpedos are designed to run shallow and dont have homing. So if you saw a sub you would have to catch it on the surface to sink it, or shoot it with your deck guns. As soon as it submerged say goodbye.
I could be mistaken, but I don't think I've ever heard of any case in WW2 where subs battled each other. They just weren't designed for it. Subs were designed for anti-shipping warfare.
There was an engagment thats depicted in a single Mission in SH2, I forget the details of it but 2 German subs were going up against as British sub.
Well I actually found another sub. I was suprised. But I went in for another look and it was stationary and there wasnt any crew on board. I should of put a torpedo in to it. But I was out. Im using 2.0

Roger that Da11en47. I saw a friendly sub as I was leaving Brest after I loaded World Mod 2.0! It was coming into port.
It was probably Thompsons boat. COOL!
