    Look at these screens, the gfx are glitching, why is that?
    I have a Ati 9800 pro card, i have installed the latest patch 1.4 for this game, and i have the 5.6 ati drivers installed on my computer.

    Please help.

    That looks like artifacting due to overheating. When was the last time you opened your case and blew/sucked all the dust bunnies out of the case and in/around your heatsinks??
