Multiplayer Problems with Lt Blue Screan (but no crash) then pic comes back again

I flew my first multiplayer game today! I got in fine got my engines started, took off. But then I started getting losing graphics completely Lt. Blue Screan came on for 30 seconds then graphics picture came back. Then it did it again.

I am only getting 16 fpm. I will try reducing the graphics to low settings until I get a better video card.
