Yeah, Columbo was staple TV fodder for me back in the day. I also thought Peter Falk was pretty good in the WWII movie, "Castle Keep."
    RIP Detective.

    RIP

Columbo was the only detective series ive ever watched. Usually im not interested in the whole police/murder cases kind of series but Columbo was such a special character and Falk really brought him to life.

Loved that show. One of the few shows that my Dad would sit down with us kids to watch. I still remember the episode that guest starred Johnny Cash. Johnny had killed his wife, I think it was, and Columbo met him as he leaving from the airport. Johnny put his belongings in the tray at the security checkpoint, and then recovered them and went through. Columbo figured he wasn't going to fly away because he picked up the keys to the rental car, which would normally be left behind. Columbo was waiting for him when he went back to the car, containing evidence to crack the case.

Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple at 56 of Liver and Pancreatic cancer.
Former founding partner of Microsoft and founder of Apple Computer.
I must salute a man who was worth 6.1 billion dollars and commanded a CEO salary of $1.00 a year. If only all the other CEO's out there would follow suit.

    Correction....
Bill Gates and Paul Allen were the founders of Microsoft. S. Jobs was not involved with Microsoft, at least, not financially. Apple had its own propietary OS.
