First of all... it is called Dragunov. It has somewhat similar structure. but comparing the body if the rifle to the real one. It has some differences... So it is pretty hard to tell is taht supposed to be Dragunov or not. Until we get proper picture of the weapons in the game... we can just assume that it is a non licensed version of Dragunov.

It's a dragunov, not the SVD variant we've gotten used to, though.

SVD is often called the "normal" dragunov (FC2 Dragunov was a SVD), but there are more variants than just the SVD. For example, the "Tiger" variant, with a shorter barrel, originally meant to be used for hunting looks similiar to the one in the picture.

SVD its Snayperskaya Vintovka Dragunova (Dragunov's sniper rifle. in russian language)
So Dragunov and SVD - same weapon. guys
