I am using a Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer card and only in FB does it give me a problem. What I mean is while I am playing the game my sound starts with a high squelching sound then starts to cut in and out. It maybe cause my gracphics card isnt the best. I use GE Force 4 mx420 pci card currnetly. Any suggestions or anyone else receiving same effects. Thanks

I have similar problems. From what I have read on other posts FB and Creative cards have major sound problems. In the up and coming patch these issues are hopefully going to be resolved as my sound issues only occur with FB not the Il2 original.

All I can really say is make sure you have the latest drivers for your card and lower Hardware Acceleration in Dx/Diag if not you ,like the rest of us will have to wait. I know, its a real pain in the butt. It all seems down to the new sound engine designed for FB. it just dosent seem to like some of the creative soundcards, the older ones.

Hang in there it should be sorted soon.

Also be sure you are not sharing the soundcard IRQ with another device in your computer. How you can change that depends on you motherboard setup in the bios.
