It is because the Black Hole Entertainment decided to use some non-standard ports for the conflux. Please open the following ports to play this game from behind a router / firewall :

    UDP: 3074

    TCP: 80, 13000, 13005, 13200-13999

contact your Internet Service Provider, or the place you bought your Router.
they should tell you how to open ports.
but in generally u go over your Router IP on browser and open the ports, its that simple.

    Please check there:
    http://www.dyndns.com/support/tools/openport.html

This tool allows users to determine if their ISP blocks incoming ports.

Host and Port: 94.236.62.146 port: 13000

    13005, 13200-13999 etc. ...
