    The newest trailer worried me about the doctor. He is not shown using the syringe.

    Edit: Disregard that last statement. After repeated viewings, he does actually have his syringe. He also seems to have different animations with it compared to ACB. I wonder what if they'll all be new or will some old ones be reused?
