Sanctuary is pretty much a straight forward faction. Endure, endure, endure until your enemy dies. You must have adequate amount of mizukami to absorb all damage so you do not die in one turn

Then you must have enough priestess to heal your mizukami in every turn

spirit link both of them, and cast aura of retribution and watch you enemy falls like flies.

Yuki-onna is optional, for their frozen caress (huge spell damage if positioned right)
It is possible to kill even much more stronger troops, since the harder they hit, the faster they die
counterstrike 3 and retribution 3 (light) are good things to have with lots of mizu-kami
