Does it happen on a particular map/game mode?

Are they always the same type of infantry/soldier unit?

Does it happen with all 3 factions as well?

Yes, this happened on Copenhagen last night over and over. Start a Copenhagen co-op, on the town side with a transport and riflemen, where the buildings are, player 2s transports will start against a wall, which means the doors can't open and your guys can't get in. You have to force move the transport, then load your guys.

I think the problem was the starting location was to close to the fence or another item and it was getting in the way of the animation

I have suffered this transport glitch twice now, sometimes when you have infantry enter a transport, and give an order as the last man enters the transport, the game does not reconize that they are inside the transport and neither unit will respond to commands. whether by voice or controller, fortunately my ally had things under control. I have had this happen tiwce now, the first time after about 30-45 seconds they began to move again, but the 2nd time they were stuck there for the entire match..that's two units taking up slots that cant even move, only say yes sir and still not move! I have seen this happen when most of the troops are inside the transport and when all are inside but the doors are still open.

Copied and Pasted from my other reply:

Try Grouping the Transport and Infantry, and then "Control Group 1 Secure X" ( X = whatever Uplink )

This saves me having to order troops into Transports manually, and also seems to stop this Infantry Glitch: at least, I have never had it happen to me...
