Would you say RS2 revolutionizes the first person perspective in video-games or its a hybrid between shooters and hack and slashers, or something else entirely? Whatever any of us might think, no one can deny its a great looking and original game.

To me RS2 is a new take on the first person perspective, rather than focusing on shooting, the star of the show is the sword making this game highly original and intuitive. We might not know everything about the game, but it totally looks awesome and jaw dropping, from the art style to the precision of the movements and the array of techniques at our disposal(among other things), the game looks like a contender for GOTY 2010.

P.S need mo' votes on the DLC Topic guys, really need your support to show the dev. team what we think about the matter. Thanx ya'll.

Red Steel 2 less like a shooter than a brawler...it's the only game I know of to use a camera system in the way it does, following the swipe of the sword...pretty darn neat and original, actually.

Well the tird one has the most features and moves (and that epic Meta Ridley boss fight at the beginning!) and the first one you're stuck on a planet but is good anyway, I'll give them a score:
-Metroid prime: 9.5
-Metroid prime 3: 9.59

RS2 in a first person combat game, a new genre if you as me. totally revolutionary. It was like someone mixed halo w/ mirror's edge w/ devil may cry!!!!!

More like Call of Juarez and Mirror's Edge. Add a sword to the equation and thats RS2.
