I made this with fraps as capture device and the spliced it together with virtualdub. Virtualdub also added in the music.

The only two things I would have liked to have added were scratches and dust and intro screen and credits.

Anybody know what software can do these things?
BTW I have Win2Kpro, so the XP moviemaker is out (I think).

I'd appreciate comments on the movie.

Good first movie...I liked the music/soundtrack, and I am one of us who Prefers greyscale/black&white movies.... There are variety of ways to "age" your movies, which you will discover.....

In your next FB mission intended for 'capturing' as raw material for a "movie", you might want to 'fly' the mission without icons, thereby increasing the 'realism' of your ultimate movie...icons distract from realism a bit...

I urge you to Come over and join the Virtual War Cinema forum(s) here:

I agree. The icons do distract. Live and learn.

Sorry. I'm just from a flat part of the world.
From where I am I have to drive 800km to see hills of any substance (no, its not Kansas).

... but now I'm going to have to follow up on that book.
