Whats with this...? I can't pass the part with the glass elevator and the laser mic.. and many say the 1.1, 1.2, or 1.2b patch will fix this glitch among others. I have installed each of the three patches from several reputable sites (each) and get this same error EVERY time. "This patch is designed for North America Distribution only." This happens every time right after I choose a language. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game to double check I am entering in the right information under region/country/language. This is driving me nuts!!! Any ideas on why the patch thinks my game/computer is not in North America!?!??!!?!?

Get the european version from http://www.splintercell.co.uk
There seem to be a few North Americans who have gotten the European version.
