PC vs. Macintosh? How to? | Forums

Help me out here guys...

I tried hosting a server with my PC but a Macintosh-user couldn't log on.

Same thing happened when he tried hosting on Mac. I got a "unspecified error" when logging to his server and he got a "invalid software error" or something.

What is the problem? Is there a way to make this work?

I haven't installed patch 1.3 or 1.4 yet. Could that be the reason? Or are Mac and PC -Ghost Recons simply incompatible?

I don't know if the software is compatible with the proper protocol or not, but you may need to install the AppleTalk client.
